Dr. "Bob" Balcar is an experienced general dentist with a passion for delivering exceptional dental care. Originally born in Chicago, he moved to Toledo, Ohio, at age 12, where he spent much of his life. He earned his dental degree from The Ohio State University in 1989 and successfully owned and operated a dental practice for 22 years. In 2011, he relocated to Phoenix, Arizona, where he continues to practice.
