Dr. "Bob" Balcar is an experienced general dentist with a passion for delivering exceptional dental care. Originally born in Chicago, he moved to Toledo, Ohio, at age 12, where he spent much of his life. He earned his dental degree from The Ohio State University in 1989 and successfully owned and operated a dental practice for 22 years. In 2011, he relocated to Phoenix, Arizona, where he continues to practice. With expertise in all facets of general dentistry, including advanced cosmetic dentistry, implants, and fixed and removable dentures, Dr. Bob is dedicated to providing top-quality care.
